Am I reading this correctly? Is this guy really serious?

He says it is not the job of psychology to decide what the brain does to enable vision? Why is this not the job of psychology?

Where do they find these guys? Under a rock?

But look - nobody is here to see this absurdity! I am ranting here all by myself with nobody listening! The editor doesn't care a fig if the reviewer's comments make no sense, the reviewer is god, his decision is final!
