Second Referee's brief message concerning 'The dimensions of conscious experience: a quantitative phenomenology' #1008

I don't think this is a very good paper. I just fail to see what it adds to the literature, and it takes a number of ideas into a rather confusing form. But I have yet to make the time to sit down and put all that in writing.
