This reviewer was really bad! I can't believe you continue to defend him after his shameful and embarrassing performance! He must be a big wheel at a prestigeous institution to be such a pompous ass!

The author has a responsibility to make his argument clear to the readers. I have tried my utmost to do so, with a very difficult subject matter. But the reviewers also have a responsibility to make an effort to meet me half-way, and try to understand what the paper is about!

This fellow was absolutely beyond hope! This guy would never have understood what this paper is about, because his paradigmatic assumptions blind him to alternative viewpoints. His review was not at all helpful.
